Current role:
Senior Graphic Designer: Team Lead
Previous roles:
- Graphic Designer
- Graphics Operations Specialist
- Digital Production Design Specialist
- Production Associate
I've worked at Forrester for 12 years. My position as a Senior Graphic Designer has propelled me to a leadership role that covers many touchpoints of design. Project managing the presentation design for all Forrester events, designing graphics for Forrester's Research report IP. And leading a kickass team of designers located across the world.
The work I do for Forrester is mostly proprietary and behind a paywall, so I'm showing what I'm able to from public sources.

Katie is a wonderful asset to the graphics team. She is extremely helpful and my point person when I have a question or if I have an urgent inquiry. If she doesnt have the answer, she finds it for me. I can easily show her what the analyst is looking for from a design perspective and she will nail it. She is very receptive to criticism and open to collaboration. I wish Katie could be assigned solely to supporting our team.

Katie has been a solid partner with the project management of the events process from the design side she has a very calming presence and I think that brings a level of reassurance both to her fellow designers end to the analyst whose work she supports she’s wonderfully creative and funny and both of those gifts really shine through in her work when she has the time and bandwidth to let those strengths shine!

Katie has grown into a true leader over the past year she’s developed confidence and ease leading group meetings and in design by knowing where to let things go and where to enforce the template she earned her design teams respect during the event season spring by bringing the team together and organizing A workflow during the busiest and most stressful part of the year
